What is Reconstructive?
Reconstructive has developed itself the lasst 15 years from family constellations, systemic and sjamanic work. It offers you an unique effect method for personal growth and development.
The roots of Reconstructive are in Jungian psychology and body-oriented traumatology. In a group dynamic, you work with the wisdom of your body and discover where unconsciously frozen trauma, fixed patterns, and emotions may still play a role in your life. The integration process after a workshop is often deep and transformative.
In groups of four participants, people mirror back to you emotions that you may have repressed or suppressed, but which still manifest in your daily life as stress, a sense of being rushed, burnout, doubt, perfectionism, or frustration. Emotions that can suddenly surface out of nowhere, such as anger, shame, or sadness.
The origin of you that comes from your earliest years and is influenced by your family, culture, upbringing, and religious background.
Can anybody participate in a Reconstructive workshop?
This workshop is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to gain more self-knowledge. Pregnant women are advised not to participate. Please send us a mail if you have any doubt about participating in this workshop.
